Allente Privacy Notice for Video Surveillance
This privacy notice tells you about who is responsible for the video surveillance (CCTV) on Allente‘s premises at Västra Järnvägsgatan 15, 111 64 Stockholm, Sweden, for what purposes the video surveillance is done and what rights you have as a data subject who is subject to video surveillance at our premises. Please note that this notice only applies to the video surveillance carried out at the entrance to our office at Västra Järnvägsgata, at the 10th floor, and not to the whole building or other floors in the building.

What personal data do we process, for what purposes, based on which legal grounds and for how long?
Purpose: Allente monitors the entrances to its offices on the 10th floor of Västra Järnvägsgatan through video surveillances. The purpose of this monitoring is to secure the safety of our employees and visitors that visit our offices, and to secure our offices, property and facilities from theft and other kinds of vandalism.
Legal ground: Allente has a legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in using video surveillance to monitor our facilities and offices. We have a legitimate need to ensure the security of our employees, visitors, and property. We use video surveillance to facilitate this, both by the surveillance having a deterring effect on criminal or threatening situations but also to provide proof for law enforcement, should any misconduct take place.
We have taken several steps to minimize the impact on individuals. The surveillance cameras are installed only at the entrances to the offices, and only monitor those that pass through the outer doors. No cameras are facing any workstations. They thus impact employees ‘privacy in a minimal fashion but are strategically placed to cover crucial areas to recognize if there is any traffic through the entrances that is not allowed.
Information processed: Video recordings of you and your movement when entering and exiting our offices at Västra Järnvägsgatan, 10th floor. Sound is not recorded.
Storage period: The video surveillance is stored for 14 days, when it is automatically deleted and overwritten.
Who are the possible recipients of your data?
Video surveillance data is only reviewed if necessary, such as when there is a concrete burglary attempt or other acts of vandalisms. Access to the video footage, until it is deleted, is restricted to assigned Allente employees (i.e. local facility manager) and possibly personnel from a designated security partner. When necessary, the material may be handed over to law enforcement authorities.
What rights do you have as a data subject?
Right of access— a right to obtain confirmation and information about your personal data processing,
Right to rectification — a right to have erroneous information corrected,
Right to deletion — a right to under certain circumstances have data removed,
Right to restriction — a right to require restriction of personal data processing, for example, if you object to the accuracy of data,
Right to objection — a right to object to processing based on legitimate interest
